Here it is! Our 6th Bûche de Noël, and this time by chef @christopheadam at @leclairdegenieofficiel with this marvelous Bûche made with a crunchy base, Praliné (made by eclair de génie) vanilla mousse hazelnut Praliné crémeux, hazelnut dacquoise and caramelized peanuts and hazelnuts.
